The reason I became a Masseuse, I believe in self-care and self-healing. I'm trained in several types of massage modalitied. I apply table stretching aimed to build or relax muscles post pandemic and address trigger points, knots, lower back pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, rotator cuff, scoliosis and many more ailments today.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bilingual. We arrange a 15 min pre-convo to learn about pre-existing conditions if any. Also, your likes or dislikes for your bodywork massage service.
There is nothing more important to us than the customer’s safety and wellbeing! I received both vaccines Feb 2021. You are welcomed by taking your temperature upon arrival. The room is sanitized before and after each session and fully ventilated. Mask are worn during the session by the therapist and the guest.
First time You, arrive 10 mins early to complete your intake form. I am here to create a safe environment for your massage experience. Let me know if you have any questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bilingual (English/Spanish). Completed classroom and clinic hours at Queensborough Community College to prepare for the New York State license and National license in Florida State.

Here at Bodywork Spa, we discount our prices NOT the quality of your service. This special rate applies to Incalls and massages at the studio in Jackson Heights. Outcalls or home visits is another rate. Book your massage on Mon or Thurs in Jackson Heights and Tues, Wed & Sat in Long Island.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Grateful to have served over a 1000 people before and during the pandemic ranging from 18 to 65 years old. In my experience the pandemic is weighing on people in the shoulder, neck and lower back pain. Beyond massage, a good massage and table stretch of the limbs is essential to healing and the recovery process of limited mobility over the past year. Every body is different so each and every massage experience is unique.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Yesterday, I had to do to a deep tissue massage for a chiropractic doctor at the spa. I welcomed him and out loud said to him "you know I'm intimidated by this massage." He said, you know that happens to me too when I'm working on manipulating tissue for a massage therapist." At the end he gave me a great testimonial and said " first, you have great hands.
