What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose a professional massage therapist that treats you with respect and dignity. Also, find one that knows how to relieve muscle stiffness and pain.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
(1) how much massage pressure am I comfortable with?
(2) what injuries should I share with the therapist so they can help or avoid the area?
(3) do I need permission from my doctor before I get a massage?
