I do recommend to every one to take a hot shower right before the massage. The heat on the muscles will add to the effectiveness of the massage. Also, please make sure you drink plenty of water before and after any massage you get. During a massage, our muscles will release toxins that have been stored and the water helps to flush them out of your system easier.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I like to create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. Next I will explain and ask if there's a preference of either oil or lotion. I then excuse myself, so that the client may undress and let me know when the towel is in place. Before I begin, I will ask if there's any problem areas you would like me to concentrate on. I am very friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to.
