I am a trained and certified MMP (Medical Massage Practicioner) and this type of work incorporates a number of different massage techniques that can help ease pain and discomfort.
I am also trained hot stone treatments. The heat from the stones helps soften bodily tissues in order for me to work more deeply and give a more effective massage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Answering the Thervo.com request.
2. Sending the client intake forms via e-mail to be filled out before the massage session.
3. A follow-up call, text or e-mail to confirm the appointment date and time and also ask if the client has any questions or concerns.
4. 15-20 before the massage starts, go through the completed in-take forms with the client to make sure all pertinent information is gathered before the session starts.
5. Ask the client what he/she in wanting out of the massage session.
6. Start the massage.
