What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat each clientt like a patient in a spa atmosphere. The goal is to not be rushed in and out, but to be able to come in, relax, complete an intake form while you partake of a reflexology foot massage, have some Kangen water and prepare to receive your massage. The state of each client depends on the depth of information needed. I try to ensure I keep a track of what the client needs.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started after I left the military. I went to work for a fortune 500 company as a mangager and didn't like it. I took time to live and decide my next steps and I decided that I liked helping people and that massage therapy and health and wellness was the option for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with veterans, government employees, contractors, engineers, teachers, nurses, men and women, teenagers... you name it.
Additionally, I have worked with patients with different pathologies. If clients let me know what they need, I can research and consiult. If I can't help them I try to resource them to someone who can.
