About
We are a business that matches a therapist to a clients specific need.
My private shared office space under the dba Traveling Raven Massage will do an intake assessment for individual clients overall needs and provide the services.
We also focus on staying up to date on trainings for using certain methods that help injuries/long term issues more than other massage offices, as we accommodate the client in a caring, efficient and strategic manner.
The look of relief and change in posture at the end of the session is what we aim for.
Helping to alleviate the pain and aches by the end of the session for the client to then feel Revived.

How did you get started in this business?
My grandmother use to practice eastern medicine with cupping as I was 5 yrs old and roaming around her in home treatments. I have fond memories of her treating her clients and her telling me I had medicine hands. I also have experienced the relief and benefits of massage therapy having sustained and undergone injuries and remediations with health and trauma. It has helped me regain movement and energy and has rebalanced my livelihood in ways I only hoped to imagine. My life is more full and I have wanted to give back to others as it brings me joy to see others happy and pain free.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with ages 7-92, pregnant and not. I have had clients post cancer, with fibromyalgia, sclerosis, endometriosis, tennis elbow, boxers fracture, ankle broken, edema, depression and anxiety diagnosed clients, those experiencing grief and loss, those who are stressed.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A returning client who got off the table and said "I feel so much better than when I arrived. Thank you!"
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please shower before treatment. Indicate whether areas need to be avoided if injured or scratched or open wound. And let the therapist know if you are taking any blood thinning, pain relieving or heart rate medications. Or if there are any triggers that should be made aware so that a therapist can be most accommodating to those sensitivities.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you experiencing specific pains that are burning or sharp?
Have you been injured in the last 72 hrs?
Do you have any past injuries that have caused more issues with posture or stance?
