We first do an initial assessment to determine what needs to be addressed and customize a program to reach that goal.

I'm a Nationally Certified and licensed over a decade in the field.  I specialize in Thai Yoga Bodywork and Qigong Therapy

Standard rate is $120 / hr

$160 / 1 hr 1/2

Additional fee for transportation depending on distance


How did you get started in this business?

Inspired by my grandmother who was a healer, I started my practice in 2008 to continue her legacy in the healing arts.  


What types of customers have you worked with?

All types:  From athletes to weekend warriors and the general public

people who suffer from text neck pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, low back pain, stiff hips and other stress related ailments.   


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I've been working with a stroke patient for the past 3 months.  Initially she was in severe pain and stiffness in the left shoulder and hip.  I treated her with massage and breath therapy along with gentle stretches.  Her condition has improved tremendously.  Her range of motion has increased and she's no longer in pain.  It's amazing to witness


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Credentials and experience are important.  Also vibe and a sense of security are key factors as well
