What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend a few minutes talking with my client about how they're feeling and what they want from the massage session. It's important for me to know about any allergies, injuries, surgeries, and if they are in pain.
When the client is comfortable on the table, I will start the massage with warm up techniques, I may use essential oils and/ or joint Integrative techniques during the session. I like to check in with the client throughout the massage because I may use some really deep pressure to release tension. My goal is to give each client a worthy customized massage session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love what I do, so I am constantly keeping up with the science and discoveries of massage therapy, including Neuromuscular, Trigger points and more.
