What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask my client what are their areas of concern. Then I like educate my clients of what areas need to be focused on. Also I ask them to let me know if the pressure is too much or not enough.

How did you get started in this business?
I started at Hand and Stone but I prefer to work for myself by bringing the massage experience to people at their homes.
