About
Josie Lee is a fully insured and licensed Massage Therapist that has always had an interest in healing through massage and bodywork. Even before ever enrolling in massage school she found herself offering shoulder rubs to anyone that showed signs of discomfort, pain or fatigue. In fact, it was her now husband that made the suggestion for her to pursue massage as a career because of how much she had helped him even at an amateur level.
Josie graduated from Institute For Therapeutic Massage in 2005 and has gained hands-on experience while working in the medical field, with franchises and other professional settings. Her reputation and skill set has most provided her the opportunity to work as an independent contractor with the New York Giants Football Team for 5 seasons and has been brought on to work with the XFL's New York Guardians.
Josie is extremely passionate about helping others to heal, recover and destress. She is able to accomplish this by offering a variety of techniques which include; Therapeutic, Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Prenatal Massage and Josie’s vast experience has provided her the knowledge that each massage must be uniquely customized to elicit the greatest results in achieving optimal wellness. She looks forward to addressing your specific needs and would be happy to entertain any questions or concerns about massage that you may have prior to your visit.
I enjoy being able to provide pain relief and relaxtion to my clients because it's something that most people can not do for themselves.
