What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do a full body assessment by asking the client the type of work he or she is doing? I like to ask them what they are looking for this massage session and if it's their first massage . And explain to them how the session will proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing massage western and eastern modalities for over 20 years. I studied massage therapy and bodywork at the Somerset school of massage in early 2000. I worked for Maharishi enlightenment center which a spiritual spa , I worked aswell for the Hospice of New Jersey for over 7 years providing massage with people with end of life I also worked for Health Fitness as well as massage Envy,Hand&Stone and forth.

I do 60 mns massage, 90 mns and 2hrs . For my 60 mns I charge $100. My 90 mns is $140 and I charge $180 for a 2 hrs session
How did you get started in this business?
I started 25years ago back in the island where my father was a spiritual priest as he was doing healing treatment. I used to provide foot, hand and back massage . When I came to the US in the mid 90s as I was helping people with back and foot problem I couldn't stop but believe that my calling was to do massage and officially I went to Somerset school of massage
What types of customers have you worked with?
All throughout my career as a massage therapist I worked will all type of clients. Like I had a contract with the Hospice of New Jersey and provided massage with elderly, I worked for health fitness where I use to go to corporate office and provide chair massage to staff , as a self employee I had female and male clients to whom I have been provided service for over 15 years.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Remember I went to a Nursing home to do massage for the Hospice of New Jersey one client that was waiting for over 30mns with a family contest to me that she had a back problem since the last time I came and worked on her back that pain was gone and I was very pleased by it .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell that customer to hire someone that love and know what they doing. Someone that respect the boundaries of the profession and have long history of helping clients in that field.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First thing is safety. Am I safe ? Is this therapist knows his boundaries and and all the zero tolerance of the profession. Does hhis draping techniques make me feel safe and comfortable
