What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When considering a therapeutic massage session for a potential client... first exchanging messages on Thervo website to schedule day/time of session, determine length of session, modality of massage, etc. Then scheduling a phone consultation to determine/discuss client massage goals, wellness concerns, target areas, etc.
