We use several massage therapy modalities and techniques in our treatments to best help you. We believe that in order to recieve the most benefits of massage therapy, you need to come on a regular basis, so we do our best to make it convienient and affordable. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will fill out an intake form that will give us some information about your problem areas of concern. Once you get into the treatment room,we will also ask you questions about your pain. When your massage is finished we will have a short consultation to give you recomendations. This may include stretches for you to do at home, frequency of treatment, and helpful suggestions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every therapist at A Good life Massage Therapy is licensed to practice in the State of NJ and completed their training with an accredited school to learn Massage Therapy. Every year we are required to also take addtional education. Our therapists have certifications in Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, therapeutic stretching, prenatal massage, and more.
