Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting a complete understanding of the clients needs. I accomplish this with a formal intake process and physical evaluation. We look at everything dealing with the client from their passive and active mobility to their life and peripheral surroundings. The point is to get to the heart of the cause and work to accomplish long term positive results. Clients are always taken into the process and engaged at every step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are studied in Massage and Bodywork and licensed as such in the state of New Jersey, individually and business. The staff has specific education in modalities including; cupping, myofacial release, sports massage, deep tissue, swedish massage, and facial massage and cupping. On staff is a CLT as well (certified lymphedema therapist) with education in manual lymph drainage, body decongestant wrapping, and compression garment sizing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from atheletes, body builders, work related injuries, to a great straight forward relaxation message.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This is a direct from Google "Very knowledgeable staff. It is approached from a PT point of view, which is a great benefit to anyone with pain or injury. It was also very relaxing, especially with the addition of the infrared sauna. I left with less pain in my back and shoulder and feeling serene, like I had just spent a day at a spa"
