My main goal is to create a safe, respectful, and relaxing environment for each of my clients. My technique is mainly focused on releasing and relaxing, a fixer so to speak. My massage will alleviate pain in specific areas and help relax after said areas are focused on. I’m specialized in sports massage, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. My two years of experience have taught me a lot, and I am open to continue to learn further.
