Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event that I remember is servicing my client with muscular dystrophy and them telling me how appreciative they were for me coming to them. At first the parent and patient were very apprehensive. But after the first time, realized that all massage therapist are not uniform, and massage therapy was beneficial for the condition. I was booked multiple times and was comforted on the smile on the patient's Mom's face upon seeing me come to serve her child. Her child had not walked since 6th grade and was 20 years old.
I was honored. It is nothing like a great rapport and trust built between patient and therapist.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give a customer looking to hire a pro in my area of expertise is to make sure the therapist learns about you and your needs, that they construct a plan of execution to assist you in your goal of overall well-being.

Questions customers should think through before talking to pros about their needs are what are their areas of concern? Where are they and where they would like to be (goal)?
