What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client, I like to do a thorough intake with them to understand their expectations for the time we are together. I like to understand what areas they need extra focus on and I tailor my sessions accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy for my basic training. Over the years, I have studied with various master's in the business and have concentrated specifically in Deep Tissue.

How did you get started in this business?
For many years I had tremendous back pain. It wasn't until I saw a massage therapist that I was able to understand what was going on with my back, how I could treat my pain through massage, and do things to help myself. I fell in love with the process, and wanted to be able to provide the same relief to others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Men and women of various ages.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please Note: I cannot accommodate same-day appointments and need a few days notices. Also, I only work Thursday through Saturdays. Also, please consider where you would like your massage to take place in your home. I bring all lotions, sheets, and sanitizing equipment. My massage table is 5'x12' and needs an additional two feet of space on all sides in order for me to comfortably be able to provide you with services.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Areas of focus. Lotion, Cream, or oil preference. Scented/Unscented/hypoallergenic. Pressure for massage.
