About
Phoenix Fire Wholistics was born from my need to help heal others. I am fascinated with nature, eastern therapies and philosophies, holistic medicine, and how to incorporate Western medical knowledge to help bring the body and mind back into balance. I utilize Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki to assist people on their healing journey.
I offer crystal therapies, Reiki healing sessions, healing for your home, intuitive card readings, coaching sessions, guided meditation, and more customized for your mind, body, and spirit. I take the time to cater to the needs of my clients to help them rise from the ashes— in body, mind, and spirit.
I enjoy working with people and seeing their progress from session to session. I love showing them how far they’ve come in their healing journey and having the opportunity to be a part of it.
I pride myself on ensuring that my clients receive the best possible care and are not afraid to refer them to another professional if I am not the right fit. Since 2016, I have maintained an ever-expanding toolset to stay up-to-date with industry standards and safety regulations.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have the client fill out an intake form, in order to customize a program specific to them I like to have as much information as possible. Then I consult with the client to make sure they haven’t forgotten anything, and finally I set about enacting their program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Evaluation and Treatment of the Neck, Back, Upper, and Lower extremities, as well as Hot Stone Massage, with many more things to come!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My services are all priced based upon the time of the service first, because I use multiple modalities in my massage in order to better achieve each client's individual goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with doctors, mothers, fathers, attorneys, nurses, veterinarians, electricians, athletes, managers, people from all walks of life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Sometimes value isn’t monetary, it’s what you get out of the treatment. When you are looking for a therapist be sure to ask questions, if they are more interested in getting you on their table than they are making sure they are the right therapist for you, that should be a red flag. Especially if you have any kind of medical history, or are recovering from an injury.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1.) Is my body ready for treatment? - If you are less than 6 weeks out of surgery, the answer is no. -If you’re hungover or drunk the answer is also no.
2.) Don’t be afraid to ask your therapist questions.
