Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet the client with a friendly introduction and segway into our consultation; where we discuss their needs and any particularities that need my attention. I then, after confirming price and time; inform the client briefly on the procedure and what to expect. After that well... RELAX & ENJOY!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed Massage school at Rizzieri Aveda School in Voorhees, NJ. Here I learned using All-Natural Products and about the Ayurvedic Concept (originating from India over 3,000 years ago), and its benifits in treating and preventing illness. I then furthered my education and specialized in biofreeze application, reflexology, prenatal, swedish, deep-tissue, hot-stone, facial, and athletic massages! Ask me about the upgraded services I provide! (scalp massage, foot scrub, hand scrub, aromatherapy!)

How did you get started in this business?
When I studied at Rizzieri Aveda School, I learned about the benefits of using all-natural products, as well as something called the Ayurvedic Concept which is the oldest holistic healing method, treating and preventing illnesses for over 3,000 years. It was in these teachings I found a passion in massage therapy and have spent the last 4 years perfecting my craft!
What types of customers have you worked with?
When it comes to clients; in this field, there isn't much I haven't experienced. There are new clients, loyal clients, inconsistent clients, inpulsive clients, and even angry clients. The key is in dealing with each client as an individual and remembering, we are all human beings, having a human experience.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, a client of mine said to me that she had given serious thought to canceling her health insurance. After asking her to explain this sudden epiphany, she said to me that the massages were having a tremendous effect on her overall health & well-being, and that if she continued her monthly appointments she could stop taking her prescribed medicines. I absolutely love hearing stories like her's, I can honestly say it's my favorite part of this career!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In offering advice I would say to express what kind of massage you were looking for, whether it be for relaxation or deep-tissue for tension relief. This is important for your therapist to know but can easily be over-looked.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When talking with your therapist, I would say be mindful that your questions; what ever they may be, are respectful and carefully thought out.
