What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client’s will complete a intake form. The intake is then discussed. The session begins. Throughout the session, the Massage Therapist checks in with the client to ensure that the client is comfortable with the pressure and bolstering. After the massage is complete, the Massage Therapist & client briefly discuss the muscles, aftercare and future sessions.
