Hi! I am Alisa, I am passionate about facilitating connection through expression. There has been nothing more humbling than being part of someone’s healing where they reconnect to themselves and others in a way that honors themselves. I am a writer and bodyworker, a deep Empath. I specialize in working with highly sensitive and empathic individuals who are in an active recovery process. I educate on the tools that benefit an Empath, we work on boundaries, voice, and I incorporate other tools.

I am a Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Advanced Craniosacral Practitioner. I have attended training in trauma. I am also a trauma survior. I have been on both sides and the thing that always helped me most was hearing hope from someone who could say, I have been there too and this is the journey not the destination. My goal is to bring that to every service provided in my company.

I love most watching people go from fear to freedom. It is so incredible to watch people to reconnect to themselves, their voice, and their passions, and begin to feel empowered to express it. Empaths have these built in LIE detectors but have the so much empathy they feel bad using them. I love watching people start to trust their own energy, instincts, and intuition so they move from fear and doubt to empowerment and freedom. It is such a rewarding process to be a part of and witness.
