Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your 1st Visit is FREE! Includes a thorough Consultation & Complete Examination - We then Disuss our Plan of Action for you & Possible Diagnostic & Treatment Options we need to consider next....
We always try to make ALL of our new patients' experiences as easy & trouble free as possible. So, your 1st visit paperwork is brief and to the point, along with your initial Consultation being thorough & your Examination is complete and performed fully clothed as well as any X-Ray Study which is also extremely low dosage, is also performed fully clothed.
Your Report of Findings(ROF), which takes place after we analyze your Consult, Exam & Correlate your X-Ray study, we make sure you have the insight necessary as well as a very well rounded perspective on your problem, so you will totally understand your condition. Most especially in your ROF we will discuss with you: A. What's wrong and B. Exactly - What it is that we will be doing to help you, along with C. How long it will take and ultimately D. What your coverage options or budget arrangement you may need to consider.
Again, to put ALL of our patients at ease. in your ROF - Before any care is delivered or costs incurred in addition to discussing exactly what we've found from the Exam & X-Rays we'll talk about the type of care you'll need & their costs - This is ALL completed prior to you beginning.
Again, we make every effort so that no one feels unsure, confused, pushed or rushed in anyway.
