I have been a healer for 19 years practicing Reiki energy healing, and Thereapuetic Massage and Bodywork.
I offer a variety of massage techniques that will help you add quality back into your life...this is my intention for every client...to help you heal and feel holistically balanced.
I love my work. Its not just a job to me, it truly is my passion to help you heal body mind spirit. I have practiced Reiki for 19 years and of that nineteen years I have been a Reiki Master, trained and certified in ancient Reiki healing, for 10 years.
I have been a Nebraska Licensed Massage Therapist for 9 years specializing in neck, shoulders, back and hips therapy. I use essentials oils in most sessions.
I offer skilled and professional massage techniques, a quiet tranquill space for you to relax, education on your muscle structure and the muscular issues you are experiencing, as well as stretching.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my new clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appr so they can complete health intake paperwork. As well, it gives me a little time prior to session to assess their reason for coming in...ie; pain, relaxation, sports, pregnancy, etc...
