In Touch Wellness Massage Therapy

Ive been to over 10 massage places in Omaha and this ranks in my top few. Great atmosphere and reasonable pricing considering it is located in the Old Market passageway (an Omaha destination spot).

I absolutely love In Touch Wellness! The girls there are so professional, kind and accomodating. Charla gives an amazing massage, her technique is supurb, I do not go anywhere else anymore. I would like to mention that I was the appointment directly following the supposed cigarette smoke smell incident for which someone else left a review. When I arrived, Charla was running an air purifier in the massage room, had the windows open to air out and had a lovely smelling clean aromatherapy difusser going. She apologized profusely, mentioning that a previous client had arrived for an appointment and they just cancelled then and there with no explaination - just walked out - but then later they left a negative review complaining about a smoke smell and how they cancelled because they couldnt stand the smell - she asked if I smelled anything (I didnt smell anything remotely smokey by this time, less than 2 hours later). At that point, all I smelled was lovely fresh air and a fabulous happiness blend of essential oils. I think it is beyond petty to be passive aggressive and leave a 1 star rating for a service they didnt receive and without giving the masseuse a chance to rectify the situation. Just because a previous client smelled strongly of smoke and happened to leave that odor behind them does not make it the fault of the business owner and those people didnt bother to mention what they had an issue with, just left out without a word and expected to not have to pay the cancellation fee. Also, how do you expect her to waive the cancellation fee for you if you DO NOT even mention why you are cancelling, knowing her she wouldnt have charged you. GROW UP PEOPLE!!!! If youre too afraid to make a complaint to someones face, you shouldnt be able to leave a negative, bias and misleading review of someones business and livelyhood!!! And its unfair to insinuate that she charged you the cancellation fee while knowing why you cancelled, she had NO IDEA what your issue was because you did not say, you just walked out. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Great massage and a very friendly staff. This was the first massage Ive had and I plan on going back again. Just an FYI to anyone else who is considering going for the first time: seemed as if a tip was expected, but the service here warrants one.

Ive been with two massage therapists here and loved them both! Always great service and offers great and affordable packages. Very good attention to detail! Ive been searching for a solid massage place for a year now and finally found it here! Ignore the negative reviews about Groupon because as a business owner myself Ive also had bad experiences with Groupon on the merchant end so if you can look past that and actually experience the massage you wont regret it!

Great experience! Charla is excellent and she has added some great talent to her team. Ive always had really bad shoulder pain that works its way to my neck and lower back from stress. I started going to her in November last year and shes been able to work the dozens of knots in my shoulders out. Relaxing environment and shes always doing training to stay educated on techniques - so you not only get quality but new and updated techniques that have really helped me with my shoulder pain.

Charla is the best! Very friendly and kind. Ive been to many massage therapists and she tops then all. She really knows how to get to the problem areas. Highly recommend!!!
