About
I focus on rehabilitation of the muscles to better improve homeostasis. I provide deep tissue massage. I start with the feet with reflexology, work my way up the legs to the hips where I use acupressure to release hips and calm it down with range of motion. Next I work to arms and legs focusing on SITS muscle group which is the muscles that make up the rotator cuff 2 of them are located in the axilla (armpit). Then I work the neck and shoulders, then face (if requested) where I work the sinus pressure points. Then I flip my client over onto their stomach. I start with the legs and gluteus (butt) loosen it all up so it takes pressure off of the low back qls. Then finally I work the back and scapulas. All of my routine is about everything is connected and it starts with the feet by starting feet first it relaxes the body and releases serotonin
I love having my clients say "I feel 100 times better"
