What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I am a traveling therapist whom carries my products with me I make sure to have a detailed over the phone conversation to better understand the clients needs to make sure I take the correct products with me which are stored to their necessary specifications. Also, making sure that I provide my clients with a detailed explanation of the therapy they will be receiving as to make sure they are comfortable with it. Intake forms will be filled out by me and then signed by the client to keep track of their progress from the treatments I provide to them.
