What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank you for the opportunity to help you find your Balance. My goal is to listen to your individual needs and partner with you to create a wellness plan that exceeds your expectations and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and graduated at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in 2013 and worked for the Kneaded Energy professional practice and Cone Health after graduating. My work is wise, intuitive and nurturing. I am also certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy which allows for more options to provide deeper work when needed.

My service pricing standards for in office Massage Therapy treatments are affordable and have remained lower than the industry standards since the inception of my practice.

Partnering the opening of Greensboro Massage & Bodywork in April 2015, Sharon and I progressed into the opening of Back in Balance Professional Massage Therapy in April 2016. I have always felt a pull toward helping people at a deeper level and that is why I decided to change my direction from Corporate America to Massage and Bodywork.
I am grateful to be able to make a difference in the lives of many and look forward to partnering with you!
