What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome to Wellness Massage and thank you for reaching out. We will discuss your needs and or problematic areas. Everybody's body is different. We will review and discuss forms and or any questions or concerns. You can fill out a new client intake form at my website www.WellnessMassageInWilmington.com.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of experience in my profession. I graduated from Coastal Carolina School of Massage in 2000. Continuing Education is required in my profession and may vary from state to state.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices vary by time.
(30 mins.-$40), (1 hour-$70), (1.5 hour-$110), (2hours-$140), (2.5 hrs-$190). Ask me about discounts, sliding scale or group rates.
24Hour cancellation policy is practiced. Half payment for first missed appointment, full payment for any appointments after.
How did you get started in this business?
Long story, ask me in person.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients vary. I have worked with infants, young children, highschoolers, elderly, professional athletes, pregnant women, post and pro-ops, teachers, lawyers, Drs., long haul drivers, bankers, moms, builders, students, musicians, all colors, all ages and everyone inbetween! Everyon is welcome in my office.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check out the therapist reviews and don't hesitate to call the therapist to answer any questions you might have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would find out what kind of work the therapist specializes in and make the therapist aware of your goals for the session.
