What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client I like to clarify what their goals are for the session. By setting intentions in our session I am able to focus on helping you get the best results. From there we find a date and time that works best and confirm the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Southeastern College in Charlotte, NC in January, 2019. From there I started Fox and the Hands. I have also worked with chiropractors, sports teams, and various businesses. I have been contracted for multiple chair massage events, such as Pharmaceutical Conventions, employee appreciation, weddings, and other special events.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always known I wanted to help people. Throughout the years the opportunity to help people has presented itself to me in many ways. I have been a librarian assistant helping kids find books. I have been a labor trainer for adults with developmental disabilities teaching them job skills to get jobs in the community. I have been a behavior technician for children with autism. Helping kids on the spectrum learn daily living & social skills. And NOW I am a licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist helping people find mental and physical relief from life's wears & tears.
