I’m a NC native who recently relocated back to the state after a decade living in various other places. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and have worked in a variety of settings from small massage studios to luxury spas.

I am passionate about wellness and also am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I use this background to empower clients to practice self care in between receiving massage. As a bodyworker, I feel I am a facilitator of healing and work with the body to ease tension and pain.

In my sessions, I bring much presence and attention to each client and meet you where you are in your needs. I use an integrative approach and pull from various modalities and tools in each session. What are the results you want and how can we achieve this together? I like to say, “I don’t work on you, I work with you”.

I don’t believe in the “no pain no gain” mentality when it comes to deep tissue work; I work with each individual’s threshold of pain.

I’m currently offering sessions out of my serene home studio in Durham.

I am also a certified Trager practitioner and infuse this gentle, noninvasive approach to bodywork in all my sessions and do full Trager sessions as well.
