I’m a NC native who recently relocated back to the state after a decade living in various other places. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and have worked in a variety of settings from small massage studios to luxury spas.
I am passionate about wellness and empower clients to practice self care in between receiving massage. As a bodyworker, I feel I am a facilitator of healing and work with the body to ease tension and pain.
In my sessions, I bring much presence and attention to each client and meet you where you are in your needs. I use an integrative approach and pull from various modalities and tools in each session. What are the results you want and how can we achieve this together? I like to say, “I don’t work on you, I work with you”.
I’m currently offering mobile massage throughout the triangle as well as sessions out of my serene home studio in Durham.

Appreciated the hot stones and that they never burned me during the experience. Leigh
