About this pro

Hi! I am Helina, or Nina for short. I have been working as a licensed as a massage therapist since 2016. I have a a very therapeutic touch, as well as strong or "heavy" hands when it comes to massage. I believe that in order to provide a quality massage, first you must have empathy as well as compassion for clients. It's a body treatment, not just removing a knot or two.

A good healing massage, is tactile as well as visual. When a session ends and the client is truly relaxed that is the greatest reward. The best compliment ever, came from a recent client. It was a sports therapy massage, I worked on his shoulders, 1 especially nearly the whole session. His words were "you are a Jedi of masage therapy". That he hadnt felt that great in years.

That is my goal for each client. That they feel like themselves for the first time in however long it took them to get there. 💜🕉

Nina is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I broke my back and my neck in 1998 and have been to numerous massage therapists and no one has been more thorough and knowledgeable than Nina has! I got my second massage today, any question I have about unusual pain she can tell you exactly what muscle, tendon it is. Nina also discovered that my left leg was an inch longer than my right leg and is working with me to get that so that I don't put all my weight on my left leg. I am visiting from Dallas,Texas and am so thankful that Nina came to my son's home and I can't say enough good things about her! I have made a appointment for every Tuesday until I returned to Texas. FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I find out what the goal is for the session. Is it relaxation, stress relief, tension issues ect. Then, what are your chronic health issues, cautionary issues, past injuries and surgeries. Based on those answers determines the modality or approach to how a session will go.
