Arnesha Hudson

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Human Nutrition, and I have over seven years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. Currently, I practice at The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a high-profile clientele for the past four years. While I specialize in relaxation-based techniques with light to medium pressure, my approach is both intentional and effective—I believe that by first calming the body, we create the space to access deeper muscular layers for a more therapeutic experience. I am now expanding my services to reach a broader audience throughout the Charlotte area.
