At Integrative Massage by Ria, each client receives an individualized approach to care for their bodies, depending on how they feel. You live in your body, and I feel you know it best. I listen to where you tell me you feel pain, we go over medical records, define appropriate goals for treatment and healing. Then, I use my knowledge and experience in different massage modalities/styles to find what works best for you. There is no one technique that fits all in my bodywork. We are all made the same, but very differently. I love massage because every single body is a mystery. I love communicating with tissue to help people find relief and reconnect with their bodies.
