Founded in 2011, Okra is a yoga, massage, and wellness center deeply rooted in the Charlotte, NC community. More than your average wellness center, Okra offers a diverse range of services including deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, couples massage and Thai yoga therapy. Additionally, Okra hosts yoga classes, guided workshops and a 200-hour teacher training program.
