Hello my name is Kara Mcilwain and I am the owner and Lead Massage Therapist for Hands of Grace LLC. I have been certified as a Massage Therapist since 2014. Upon moving back to Charlotte in 2019 I attained my North Carolina Massage Therapy license as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I am passionate about making sure each client feel like the only client for the day. I strive to allow each client a place to feel relaxed and rejuvenated because my client's satisfaction matter to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know the occasion and what they are looking for in a therapist. Next I want to know there expectations of the massage and what I could possibly do to make sure they have the best experience possible. Lastly, I schedule and make sure I arrive early.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Southeastern Institue and received my certificate for completing a 1200 hour program for Massage Therapy. I also passed my state licensing exam and received my license in 2019.
