I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 40 years. It was a calling at a young age. I studied at the Swedish Institute in New York back in the 1980's. I practice and am proficient in many different modalities from amazing Swedish Massage, Medical Massage and Deep tissue massage. I'm certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage. I treat each client as individuals and address their areas of concern with a variety of techniques to relieve soft tissue pain and discomfort.

I get a Confidential Case History, listen to your areas of concern. The first session I like to evaluate the status of your soft tissue and muscles. I typically work with you in finding the appropriate pressure. This helps the muscles relax and helps to bring in extra blood flow.
