With 13years of experience in movement and manual therapy techniques, I am here to help you have pain free movement, release emotional stress, and improve overall health and wellbeing. Seeking out innovative therapies and staying on the cutting edge of pain management solutions, I seek to continually increase my knowledge base and use tools to help you feel better faster. Techniques I work with are trigger point, myofascial release and active/passive release techniques. Amino Neuro Frequency helps with holistic pain management and improving the bodies performance. Dolphin e-stim is miccrocurent point stimulation that relaxes the nervous system. I also work with kinesiology tape to help correct movement patterns and alleviate pain.
