Massage therapy has being surprising journey for me since my first enrollment in school in 2015 with the vast amount of information and opportunities to create a truly holistic practice. I have been passionate about bringing together the many different aspect of healing the human body and mind. Integration of emotional awareness, physical health, healthy habits, expanding consciousness are crucial for creating joy and fulfillment in one’s life. I am certified MT, SomaVeda yoga therapy practitioner and a kundalini yoga teacher. I offer truly unique massage sessions to initiate the release of old patterns in the body, created by emotional and physical trauma.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client fills up an intake form. We communicate on issues and goals for the session and eventually long term goals. My sessions are normally 90 min long. Each session has the potential to build upon the previous one as I add different techniques in the 5 body attitudes/positions.
In addition I offer fun, powerful and healing group yoga practices every week.
