I would like everyone to know that my passion always been helping others! I've been working in Occupational Therapy since 2013 and has seen so much same day success which led me (with a push from residents) to opening my own business!! I'm new to St Charles and now starting to begin my journey partnering with health clubs, area businesses, dr offices, and YOU yourself!! I also want to let you know that my Spa offers In Office and Mobile Massage services at GREAT rates!!

We differ from chain massage places being that we offer 70min massages vs 60mins and most likely we will go over that to.. we MUST finish the routine so I highly recommend not having anything to do afterwards!!!

I have had alot of stress in my life and didnt realize how it affected my body.I also have 2 cracked disks in my neck Ken was very careful about this.He has very strong hands and I was so relaxed afterwards I could barely drive home.

This helped me destress and sleep better.
