I strive to create a supportive space for clients to experience healing and rehabilitation in a caring and honest environment where I provide cutting edge manual lymphatic drainage therapy and craniosacral neuromuscular release to help reduce pain, anxiety, stress and inflammation. I believe that the relationship between an individual and therapist is the foundation for a successful treatment plan and I will work with you to stabilize your physical discomfort and teach you self-care to practice between visits.
