I offer massage starting at $100/hour. Discounts if you set a recurring appointment at my clinic. I will also come to you but there will be no discount. Message me for an out call massage.
I enjoy helping people feel better. Stress and tension can have such a negative effect on everything we think and do. Get out of pain, come relax, or just make time for you.
With several modalities in my menu I can probably knock out anything you throw at me. Services I currently offer include: Relaxation Swedish or Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Aroma Therapy, and a bit of Reiki, (I am a level 2 practitioner and moving towards my master level.)
I usually combine services (that I can) into my customized massage. If you want a specific session like hot stone prenatal or cupping it must be booked as such because there is prep to those services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have paper work to be completed. A basic health intake form, and consent, liabilities and policies. These are completed before your first session along with a small intake to determine your needs and desires for the session please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete this info or it will cut into your massage time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified and licensed by the city of minneapolis. Educated at northwestern health science university.
