I’m highly trained in human biology including anatomy, physiology, microbiology, women’s biology and pathophysiology. I’m proficient in a wide array of massage modalities, and have over 17 years of massage therapy experience. Currently my practice centers around Myofascial Release and Unwinding as well as Reflexology and Thai Yoga Massage and Bodywork.
I strive to educate and assist my clients with their goals to achieve freedom from pain, improve range of motion/flexibility and promote overall healthful balance and peace.
I really enjoyed the combination of Thai bodywork and myofascial release. It’s a unique combination that feels great!
Since I practice Myofascial Release and Thai Yoga Massage almost exclusively it’s important to have a conversation about those techniques with new potential clients, so I can understand your goals and you can better understand how my offerings differ from standard Swedish or deep tissue work.
Aside from the traditional bodywork training and licensing process I underwent in New Mexico, I’ve received advanced certification in Reflexology and northern style traditional Thai Yoga Massage. I have also become certified in, and studied directly with John F. Barnes and his approach to Myofascial Release and Unwinding.
I also have studied human biology, herbal and food based therapies.
