What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My session include a thought intake/health history. I value connecting as equally as important as hands on time. On average a 60 min integrated massages include 5-10min connecting followed by 50 min hands on.
Initial appointments are 90 minutes for mayan therapy. This allows for 30 min la platica & 60 min hands on. This may include spiritual, emotional, physical, environmental and nutritional.
In my practice I may utilize hands on therapies such as: Cupping, Moxabustion, and Maya Abdominal Therapy. Or she may focus with more spiritual/emotional/chemical therapies such as: Limpias, Nutritional and Herbal support, Flower Essences, Indigenous Spiritual Healing methods.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Center Point massage school. I am HART Method trained for Mayan Abdominal Therapy. I have training in various bodywork modalities.
