Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick introduction and questions such as any injury's/surgery's or primary areas of focus on the body. I briefly explain what areas I'll be working on in the session and ask if that sounds good? I step out the room while you get on the table and I come back whenever you're ready! Of course, ask any questions you may have before or after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Massage Therapist and I've been working for 5 years! Text or message for details. Working at a few spas first and now working full time on my own! Yay

How did you get started in this business?
My father has done a lot of chiropractic, vascular, and massage work all his life and I wanted to pick up on some of those skills. So I got my certification and started working. To this day I am still expanding my knowledge and learning new techniques.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done a lot of couples massages throughout my career. Currently I'm working freelance. Guys/girls, LGBT friendly, big, small, what ever! I'm available for massages 7 days a week. Text or message if you have any questions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did an in home massage for a wife and husband. She's a salon owner and he's a US Marshall. They have 3 kids and 4 huge German shepherds running around. The daughter was under the table asking her mom how the massage was going, the dogs were sniffing around while I was working, but friendly. They were a beautiful family and even in all the chaos, I made it work and was able to accommodate the couple.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Feel free to ask any questions. A lot of clients I worked with haven't gotten a massage in YEARS. I understand it can be uncomfortable at first for some people, but I'm an open book and I explain my procedure clearly to let my clients feel more at ease. So they understand what I'm going to do from beginning to end. They'll always be covered modestly and I'll only open up the areas I'm working on and recover them as I go. There are no surprises and I'll always ask permission to work on glutes or upper pectorals/chest so people aren't surprised or uncomfortable. My clients comfortabiility is my highest priority.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
let me know where you're feeling the most tension or pain. If you've had any recent surgeries I'll avoid too much pressure on areas if necessary.
