About
My Massage Philosophy is very simple: Do whatever is effective for my client; and maintain a therapeutic atmosphere of comfort, safety, and professionalism at all times! Whether you are looking for Swedish, Prenatal, Sports, or Deep Tissue Massage; I will always review your issues and concerns before each session and address them to the best of my ability. In addition, I will explain to you exactly what I’m going to do before you even get on the Massage Table. If you are looking for in-home Couple’s Massage, a female colleague will accompany me if she is available: she works with the male client, and I work with the female client. Furthermore, I also work with expectant mothers. I am “Nationally Certified” in Prenatal Massage, and the relaxation and stress reduction which I can provide are essential for moms-to-be and their baby’s health and wellbeing.
The things which I enjoy most about the work that I do are the results that I achieve for my clients and the gratitude that I receive from my clients! For me, body work is all about noticing every single, little detail of my client’s issues; and then, with a determined and persistent approach, resolving each one of those issues to the best of their satisfaction. Thanks to my meticulous and painstaking nature, I am highly adapted at performing this type of work. As a result of my conscientious work ethic and dedication to my clients, the many thanks and gratuities which I receive make Massage Therapy the most enjoyable work I’ve ever done.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that I do with any new client is ask them what their goals are for their massage session, and I try to gain an understanding of my client’s issues so that I know what I’m dealing with even before they get on the massage table. The second thing I do is make sure that I understand what my client is or is not comfortable with, such as their level of undress. And the third thing that I do is explain to my client exactly what I will do during the session so that there are no surprises - I like to keep my clients informed at all times. Once I feel that my client and I are clear on these three matters, the massage can take place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan on February 20th, 2013. Irene’s is the oldest and largest Massage Therapy School in the state of Michigan, and has been an Accredited School through (ACCET) since 2001. Furthermore, I am Nationally Certified in Prenatal Massage through the Institute of Somatic Therapy, effective September 14th, 2015. The Institute of Somatic Therapy is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Approved Provider.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I perform Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy Massage. Prices for all In-Call Massages (you come to me) 60 minutes - $50 / 90 minutes - $75 / 120 minutes - $100. Add $25 for all Out-Call Massages (I come to you).
How did you get started in this business?
After experiencing several career changes as a result of finding myself in jobs that I was not suited for, I was looking for a career with a low-stress factor; and I discovered that I have a natural talent for Massage Therapy. Thanks to my meticulous and conscientious nature, I am highly adapted at performing this type of work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clientele are hard-working, every-day people just like you: office workers, teachers, hair stylists, waitresses, auto factory workers, nurses, lawyers, stay-at-home moms, bank tellers, sales clerks, and cashiers. For the most part, I work with females only; and when I do a Couple’s Massage, I bring a female colleague with me: She works with the male, and I work with the female. Furthermore, I also work with expectant mothers, and they are some of my most grateful and appreciative clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I really can’t describe my work as an event; however, I am fond of, and very proud of, all the work which I perform for my clients each and every session.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To be sure, the most important thing you need to know before choosing a Massage Therapist is, “Will they address my issues?” Many Massage Therapists find it extremely difficult to break out of their “normal routine” and will not address specific issues, even if you ask them to! Every body is different and requires a different approach, and I will always address every concern you may have during your session!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be specific about what it is you want to accomplish from your massage session; and most importantly, make absolutely certain that you are clear about what you are NOT comfortable with! For example: some women are not comfortable with a male therapist touching her Gluteal Muscles. As your Massage Therapist, I will consider your comfort and safety above everything else.
