What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new client is that I would like to know if they have had any serious surgeries, any underline condition, whether they are on blood thinners. I try to connect with the client before the session begins so that the client feels more comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training background consist of healthcare. My school choices were Ross, Delta College and then finally we're I received my certificate and then received my Licensing was through Dorsey School of Massage. I have some physical therapy background (started for about 2 yrs) and then decided to take what I learned from PT and included that into my MT.
