What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a general questionnaire for the client to fill out. I will ask any needed questions. I introduce them to my massage room and have them undress to their level of comfort ability. I ask them to deep breath and have them inhale an essential oil. I ask if there are any parts of there body that need more attention. I then proceed to give a full 60 minute massage on the table.
