What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assesing my client's needs based on preferences sent their through quotes.
This includes (but not limited to): dates, times, location, allergies, areas of focus, recent surgeries/ injuries, experience with massage, etc.
My aim is personalized the session from the moment the client and I make contact.

How did you get started in this business?
My initial introduction came being offered a free massage during a work shift where I provided exceptional service to staff of a local club. I was a little nervous initially due to this being my first massage, but the therapist was able to calm my anxieties. During the massage, I was inquisitive about the techniques applied on me and what got her started. She then recommended me to Lansing Community College's Therapeutic Massage program and the rest was history.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I enjoyed wasa at the Grandville Castle. What stood out to me was not only the carefree vibes of the clients (birthday celebration), but also the aesthetic of the room they booked. Though everyone was 21+, the rooms were either Disney-princess themed or Marvel- themed, which made me laugh as they took celebratory "Blow-job" shots lol. I think even the bday's girl's grandmother took one! Nothing but great vibes and convo all around!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
