What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beginning of a session I have a client fill out a brief intake form. I ask them what there issues are (i.e. location of pain, what type, how long, etc.) I do a standing and walking analysis, explain my findings, ask the client what they would like to get out of the session and see if I can answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to two different massage therapy schools. (one holistic, one clinical) I have also taken many CE Courses, attended numerous seminars, hands on classes and continually study new techniques on different types of massages, herbs, supplements, sports nutrition, aromatherapy, etc.
